information we may have on any of customers or members. Our servers employ

Why do we gather information?

and photo competition entries. We do not disclose or

What information do we gather?

shopping environment we require that when you submit data to our web site that
you supply a password with the information (usually on a form) you send.

or to delete information, that it is actually you, who had set up the
information in the first place. This also goes for changes of email address.
Currently we may store your name and contact details, purchase history and orders.
This information is currently stored on our computer systems, various paper and
backup devices. They are held under a secure environment. Other
information required , such as billing address, payment
and credit card information, all credit card transactions are currently processed
off line - we do not store your credit card
details on our website. If the products purchased are a gift, we will require the
recipients name and address for delivery, and this will remain on record too.
